She enjoys being part of a dynamic team at AFB where she can advise clients on accounting and taxation matters pertinent particularly to owner managed businesses.

Becky enjoys assisting clients with both personal and business tax compliance and tax planning projects to ensure that a high quality service is provided.

Jurgita joined the AFB team in 2006 after completing her book-keeping course. Since then she has been working in all aspects of book-keeping involving receipts and payments, petty cash and bank reconciliation using the Sage program both in the AFB office and on site with clients.

Position:

Outsourcing Department – Supervisor

Experience & Specialisms:

Kate worked in practice locally for a number of years prior to joining AFB. She has particular experience in setting up and processing accounts using the Sage program and also in Sage payroll.

Kate supervises the processing of accounts information received from clients here at AFB and also visits client’s premises to assist them in the streamlining of their accounting function if required. Kate then produces quarterly or monthly management accounts as appropriate.

Position:

Payroll Bureau Manager

Experience & Specialisms:

Rosemary is one of the original members of the AFB team. Before joining AFB she had considerable experience as an employer within the service sector. She joined with the particular brief to develop the payroll bureau and to provide a comprehensive and reliable payroll service for clients. This process is ongoing and the Payroll Bureau continues to grow. The aim is to take the stress out of payroll and to ensure deadlines are met.

The service includes routine payroll processing, the processing and administration of more complex payroll requirements, transfer and receipt of information online to and from the Inland Revenue and the submission to the Inland Revenue of the P35 Employer Annual Return.

Prior to joining AFB Caroline had worked within a small local accountancy firm as Practice Manager, keeping Limited Company, small Business and individual tax returns running to strict deadlines which also incorporated the running of a varied payroll bureau. Previous work experience includes solicitors’ legal cashier also various book keeping and office management roles.

Jane has returned to practice with AFB to assist with the preparation of company accounts and to provide training within the practice.

Sophie has worked in a secretarial environment for over 10 years.

Sophie joined the AFB team in 2004 as PA / secretary to the Director. Over the years Sophie’s role has expanded to included Company Secretarial work and a pivotal role in general office administration support to her colleagues.
